You Should Be Reading: Damien Angelica Walters

To date I’ve only read short stories by Damien Angelica Walters but I can tell from the quality of those stories that you can’t go wrong with anything else she writes. I’ll post coversome links below to a few free online stories you can read to see for yourself.

So, what do I know about Damien? Very little except that she’s a phenomenal storyteller who is starting to get a lot of industry attention, including making the Stoker prelims with the titular story in her collection, SING ME YOUR SCARS. In addition, her forthcoming novel from Dark House, PAPER TIGERS, is already starting to receive accolades. Go here to check out the newest review by Audra Figgins.

If you haven’t read Damien’s work, you should fix that. Follow the links below to read for yourself, then follow those other links and go buy some of her books.
